Quick response times and good service

I previously bought an Inmotion V8F from this store. The wheel lasted me a year before issues popped up; loud alarms when charging to 100%. After some initial back and forth, I was able to get the wheel shipped in for repairs at no added cost. They also refurbished the handle for me at a reasonable price which was a service I requested. Delivered back with tracking and very fast. My thanks to Anton from support and the other staff at Oneride

great customer service!

I ordered my Leaperkim patton (with power pads and seat) a little more about a month ago. Its going great order arrived as said i have been enjoying it so far. i did have to order another trolley handle because of my user error. But they even sended a video on how to replace it. Other than that really good customer service dont always expect immediate responses but yeah very kind people and always happy to help.

Professional & kind hearted EUC dealership.

Purchased a Kingsong s22 as well as various EUC covers and trolley handle, they send you a video/photos of your order before they ship it, they take the time to check the wheel itself for defects and they update the BMS & motherboard firmwares before they send it over. You get the feeling they really care. They are kind and professional in communication, technically speaking they are excellent and even come with their own solutions to wheel design flaws (kingsong s22 open suspension sliders for example) and to top it off they offer the most competitive prices.

I can't be more happy with this shop.

Communication with the store is excellent.

Great prices and selection of goods.

Fast delivery within the EU.

The only negative was the delivery time of the Kingsong S22, but oneride is not responsible for that.

The only thing I would improve is the choice of carrier....reben is not exactly a praised courier :)
