How fast can a unicycle develop and what factors affect it?
It has a manufacturer's recommended speed and maximum speed. Recommended driving speed is 20-30 km/h and recommended maximum speed 30-35 km/h; for some unicycles it reaches up to 80 km/h. In addition, in mobile applications the maximum speed can be set, and warnings on different speed levels can be adjusted. When the maximum is reached, a warning signal is activated, and the unicycle raises pedals to slower acceleration.
How many kilometers can a unicycle travel on a single charge?
There are many variables that affect the distance: battery (Wh), terrain, frequency of stops, air temperature, driving speed, rider weight, etc. When calculating the average distance, divide by ten the battery capacity (Wh). The calculated value is the average distance that will be able to be covered by the respective unicycle:

They are moisture resistant, so driving through puddles and on wet pavement should not be a problem. However, during heavy rains in the upper part of the case without additional waterproofing, water can enter the electronic part and cause damage. The ideal operating temperature is + 20 °C. Observations show that when the temperature drops by every 10 °C, the battery capacity (Wh) also decreases by 10-15%. In the cold season at -10 °C, it will travel 30-40% less than in warm weather.
What safety precautions should be followed when riding an electric unicycle?
Always wear protective equipment which should include a good quality helmet, gloves and knee pads;
Choose an appropriate speed for the relevant surface and traffic;
Avoid riding a unicycle in particularly adverse weather conditions.
How to store and maintain an electric unicycle?
Always make sure it is kept in a safe and dry environment. Do not store in direct sunlight or near a heat source (0 to 25 °C). The battery is damaged at too low or high temperatures.
It is not recommended to allow the battery to discharge completely - it is preferable to keep the vehicle charged at around 60%.
It should be taken into account that the anti-slip agents used to treat the roads in the winter season have a negative effect on the plastic and rubber parts of the unicycle. Additional wheel maintenance is required after each trip.
