Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped through major european carriers with tracking. You have a choice between GLS, DPD and TNT carriers with GLS beeing the free option. If you prefer other shipping method or have special shipping requirements don't hesitate to contact us. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. We ship to continental European Union, Irealnd and also export to non EU European countires without VAT tax (with TNT export delivery, fee 100Eur), please contact us in advance if you live elsewhere.
Shipping is free for electric unicycles and most electric scooter models. Shipping fees for spare parts orders below 200Eur and some electric scooter models include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order, and if spare part/accessory order will be above 200Eur – shipping will be for free. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your item is checked thoroughly before dispatch, in some cases you will even receive video from us, of your future product, but you need to check at product delivery if everything is ok, and nothing was damaged during shipping.
If order is performed through paypal then shipment will be sent to paypal adress. If you wish to receive your order on different adress – please contact us before you make your order!
If you want to return your product for any reason within 14 days you can return it free of charge. But the product should be unused and returned in original packaging. In this case you will get a refund, or replacement.
If your product is damaged or brakes during the warranty period, you will have a choice of sending the unit to us for repairs, or requesting spare parts from us, to make authorized repairs yourself. Prior to sending us your unit, please contact us, to get the instructions, prepare video and photo evidence of the problem. Please avoid doing repairs or upgrades of your unit without giving us a notice, otherwise it can void your warranty.
