I ordered my Leaperkim patton (with power pads and seat) a little more about a month ago. Its going great order arrived as said i have been enjoying it so far. i did have to order another trolley handle because of my user error. But they even sended a video on how to replace it. Other than that really good customer service dont always expect immediate responses but yeah very kind people and always happy to help.

Purchased a Kingsong s22 as well as various EUC covers and trolley handle, they send you a video/photos of your order before they ship it, they take the time to check the wheel itself for defects and they update the BMS & motherboard firmwares before they send it over. You get the feeling they really care. They are kind and professional in communication, technically speaking they are excellent and even come with their own solutions to wheel design flaws (kingsong s22 open suspension sliders for example) and to top it off they offer the most competitive prices.

I can't be more happy with this shop.

The only negative was the delivery time of the Kingsong S22, but oneride is not responsible for that.
