Delivery and returns
This page summarises our delivery and return rules. The full rules are in our terms and conditions.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the countries offered at checkout: the member states of the European Union except Malta; Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and Ukraine; and the Canary Islands. We do not deliver to Ceuta or Melilla. For other destinations, contact us before you order.

The amounts of 200 EUR refer to the value of the goods after discounts, including VAT where it is charged, without the delivery charge. For orders in another currency, the charges and the amounts are converted like the product prices. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Express delivery is the faster option. Orders from 200 EUR are mostly wheels, which travel as large and heavy parcels, so express delivery and delivery to Cyprus and outside the EU cost more from 200 EUR, while standard delivery to mainland EU destinations is free from 200 EUR.
Dispatch and tracking
- Items in stock are usually dispatched from our warehouses in the EU on the next business day after the payment is confirmed. We ship from Monday to Friday.
- Your order is shipped by the carrier that can best meet the delivery time, for example FedEx, UPS or DHL.
- When your order is dispatched, we send you the tracking number by e-mail.
- If the delivery address needs to change, contact us as soon as possible: a change can only be considered before the order is handed to the carrier.
Deliveries outside the European Union and to the Canary Islands
- The minimum goods value is 400 EUR after discounts, excluding shipping charges and taxes (or the equivalent in another currency).
- Prices are without VAT (0 %, export). Import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees of the destination country are paid by the buyer on import.
On delivery
- Please check the package on delivery. If the box is damaged, ask the carrier to note the damage on delivery.
- Please report a damaged item to [email protected] as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and wrong or missing items ideally within 36 hours, so that we can claim from the carrier in time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
- For deliveries within the European Union you have a 14-day right of withdrawal: you can return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
- Send us a clear statement, for example by e-mail to [email protected] with your order number. You can use the model withdrawal form in section 7 of our terms and conditions.
- You pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they are defective or incorrect; for a wheel it is estimated at 70–250 EUR, depending on the country and the weight of the wheel. We may deduct a proven loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check them.
- We refund the price of the goods and the delivery charge up to the cost of standard delivery within 14 days after the returned goods arrive at our warehouse and have been checked. The full return rules are in section 7 of our terms and conditions.
Warranty and repairs
- We offer a 24-month limited warranty, including the battery. See the warranty conditions.
- For a warranty case or a repair, first send a request with our warranty form. Ship the item only once the request is approved.
- You can return old devices and used batteries, including the batteries of electric unicycles, to us free of charge. See section 11 of our terms and conditions.
