BEGODE electric unicycles

Yes. BEGODE is the current name of the brand that used to sell its wheels as Gotway. The engineering line and the focus on high-power wheels continued under the new name, so riders, forums and parts lists still mention both. Parts for the models we stock are grouped under BEGODE spare parts.

Only on the Future. It weighs 16.8 kg, has a 14-inch rim with a wide tire that stays steady at walking pace, and tops out at 22 km/h, so progress stays unhurried. The rest of the range, from the 25 kg Falcon upward, is built for riders who already ride steadily, and the heaviest models for riders used to big wheels.

The X-Max has the largest pack, 4400 Wh, although BEGODE has not published a range for it. Among models with a listed figure, the Blitz Pro leads at 120 km from 3000 Wh, while the X-Way 50S, Extreme, C8 and Falcon PRO are each listed at 80 km. The X-Way 50S also has the highest published top speed, 80 km/h.

The Falcon uses a 60 mm spring shock and the Falcon PRO 80 mm of spring travel. The C8 has 70 mm of spring-and-oil suspension. The Extreme offers 130 mm, coil or air depending on version, and the X-Way 50S a coil shock with adjustable travel. The Blitz Pro's air shock switches between 100 and 130 mm, and the X-Max has 120 mm. The Future has none.

Three of ours have published ratings: the Future is IP65, and the C8 and Falcon PRO are IP67. BEGODE gives no official rating for the Extreme or the X-Way 50S, and we have none to quote for the Falcon, Blitz Pro or X-Max. Riding in the rain is generally fine, but no wheel should be submerged or hosed down.

OneRide is an official European BEGODE distributor. Wheels ship from our EU warehouse, with current availability on each product page, and each one comes with a 2-year warranty set out in our terms. Delivery and payment details are in the FAQ.
