Extreme Bull electric unicycles

Riders with experience on fast wheels who want high voltage without a full-size machine: commuters in dense cities, or owners of a big wheel looking for a smaller second one. It is not a learner wheel; for that, see our KingSong and INMOTION ranges. Its battery is sized for brisk rides rather than long tours.

Its listed top speed is 69 km/h and its rated range 70 km, from a 1500 Wh pack on 168 V. Heavier riders, higher speeds and cold weather shorten that range noticeably. The 2000 W C40 motor is tuned to pull hard from low speed, which shows on steep streets and when moving off.

Two vertical coil-over shocks with 100 mm of travel, and both preload and damping can be set to your weight and riding. Together with the 15-inch tubeless tire, they keep curbs, roots and rutted asphalt from unsettling the ride. For longer-travel suspension on a bigger platform, look at the LeaperKim (Veteran) range.

Both are compact suspension wheels. Against the Aero, the Rocket adds voltage, battery and travel, and weight too: its 28 kg is felt whenever it has to be lifted up the stairs to an apartment. The Rocket suits riders who want pace first; the Aero is the lighter of the two.

Extreme Bull does not publish an IP rating for the Rocket. Treat it as splash-resistant: wet roads and light rain are fine, while submersion, deep puddles and pressure washing are best avoided. Dry the charge port before you plug in the charger.
