Nosfet Aero — Magnesium Unibody Performance EUC

The Nosfet Aero rethinks electric-unicycle construction around a single-piece magnesium alloy unibody frame. By machining the chassis from one structural part instead of bolting several together, the Aero drops weight, cuts down on screws, and makes side-panel access for tire repairs genuinely simple — all in a remarkably tight 24.5 kg package.

Power and range

A 2000 W motor (peaking at 4000 W) draws from a 126 V system with a 1110 Wh battery. Top speed is rated at 55 km/h (free-spin, official), with riders reporting around 60 km/h real-world. Expect roughly 40 km of real-world range, up to about 56 km under ideal conditions. Recharge in 2–3 hours on the standard 5A charger, or under 1 hour with the rapid 10A/1260W charger.

Ride and control

A 10-inch wheel on a 3.0-10 pneumatic tubeless hybrid tire (street or knobby options) sits behind a symmetrical bidirectional damping fork with 70 mm of travel and adjustable compression and rebound. The magnesium alloy unibody frame keeps the whole platform stiff and responsive, supporting a 120 kg max load.

Nosfet Aero

In comparison to the Inmotion v10f this wheel looks excellent constructed and very robust. I could ride on it without any issue. Obviously gives the suspension much more comfort. The thicker tires give the wheel slightly less ease to change direction. The wheel feels more heavy at the (wider) top and feels less comfortabel to the inside legs. I did not yet use the thin additional covers that can be attached to the side surfaces of the wheel and which are part of the delivery. Maybe these will help, but at the other hand may prevent attaching other parts like Grizzla pads.

The Aero is Nosfet's mid-range 16-class wheel. It keeps the engineering choices that define Nosfet — magnesium-alloy unibody chassis, 126 V high-voltage architecture, Samsung 50S cells — in a smaller, lighter package that sits between beginner wheels and the higher-voltage AEON flagship.

Adjustability over maximum power. Sealing that means rain is not a problem. A unibody frame that fewer parts can fail.

1110 Wh of Samsung 50S, a 2000 W rated motor, 70 mm of fully-adjustable suspension with both compression and rebound damping, IPX6 weather protection and a 24.8 kg curb weight. Light for a high-voltage suspension wheel, and unusual at this price point.
