The V11Y is Inmotion's update of the V11 platform: an 18-inch wheel with pneumatic suspension, a 1500 Wh / 84 V pack and a 2500 W motor, packaged for long-distance commuting rather than performance riding. The pneumatic suspension is the headline — most EUCs in this class run coil or air-oil shocks; the V11Y inherits the V11's distinctive air-spring system.

The suspension is what defines this platform — the V11Y refines it with a lowered centre of gravity and the chassis updates owners had asked for.

Q-01 Pneumatic suspension — is that an issue?

It needs setup. Air pressure has to match rider weight and preference. We can advise on the right starting pressure before delivery so the wheel rides correctly from day one.

Q-02 V11Y or V12S?

V11Y: 18" wheel, pneumatic suspension, 84 V, 120 km rated range, 2500 W. V12S: 16" / 3.00-12 wheel, hydraulic 90 mm suspension, 84 V max, 80–120 km range, 2500 W / 6000 W peak.

V11Y prioritises distance and comfort; V12S prioritises capability and connectivity.
