DESCRIPTION
INMOTION's 235.2 V flagship, where real speed settles into an easy rhythm.
The P6 is INMOTION's performance flagship for long, fast road rides. It is built on a 235.2 V system, well above the 151.2 V of big touring wheels like the Sherman L. That headroom changes how speed feels: a pace that keeps smaller wheels working near their limit goes by on the P6 with power still in hand. Its mass and hydraulic shock keep it settled on uneven asphalt, and separate high- and low-speed damping let it lean toward comfort or toward feedback at speed.
It is for riders with plenty of kilometers behind them, usually on a fast wheel of their own, who want speed to feel relaxed. At 50.8 kg it belongs on the ground floor or in the garage: rolling it is easy enough, but a flight of stairs is a real job. For that rider, the P6 turns a fast pace into an ordinary day out.
THREE LAYERS OF BATTERY CARE
Three separate management units watch the cells, the charging and the high currents a fast ride draws. On a wheel built for sustained speed, that close supervision of the pack is what lets you ride relaxed.
POWER THAT STAYS COOL
The Raptor S controller is cooled by a copper vapor chamber and a fan, built to hold up through long climbs at pace. Behind it, 300 N·m of torque keeps hills from breaking the rhythm.
DAMPING FOR SPEED AND COMFORT
The center-mounted shock gives 90 mm of travel. Firmer low-speed damping calms pitching under hard braking, while high-speed damping decides how sharp edges reach your feet.
CONNECTED AND WATCHED OVER
Tire pressure shows on the 4.3-inch display, which matters at these speeds. RideConnect adds GPS tracking, anti-theft, ride history and over-the-air updates through the INMOTION app.

QUESTIONS
With the supplied 5 A charger a full charge takes about 4 hours. INMOTION's optional 14 A charger reaches 80% in about 1 hour and full in about 1.5 hours, so a lunch stop can turn into a second leg of the day. USB-C and USB-A ports keep a phone charged on the way.
Both are heavy 20-inch class flagships with 90 mm of hydraulic suspension, and they weigh almost the same. The Sherman P, on a 176.4 V system with a 4700 Wh pack, is built around distance. The P6 is built around pace: its 235.2 V system, the fast-charge option and the connected app suit riders who travel quickly and want the wheel to keep up.
INMOTION rates the body IPX6 and the battery IPX7. These are the manufacturer's own figures, so treat them with some caution: no wheel is guaranteed waterproof. In practice most wheels ride fine in the rain if you take it carefully and keep out of big puddles. Keep in mind that a street tire on wet asphalt has less grip, and at the speeds this wheel invites, leave more margin than on a dry day. Never clean it with a pressure washer or hose, and after a wet ride let it dry standing upright, not lying on its side, so water can't run inside.
It is a road wheel. The 80/90-14 tubeless tire has a street tread that suits asphalt and well-kept gravel, not mud or roots. If trails are a regular part of your riding, a wheel with long travel and a knobby tire, such as the BEGODE Extreme, fits better.
