The "S" says it all. The Kingsong KS-16S V2 is built for confident riders who crave speed and explosive dynamics, wrapped in the most versatile wheel size in unicycling. Its 16-inch diameter splits the difference perfectly: nimbler than an 18-inch machine, far more planted and powerful than a 14-inch. The result is a unicycle that carves city streets, eats up light trails, and still tucks away neatly when the ride is done.
Power that punches above its weight
A 1200W motor (peaking at 3000W) delivers the torque to handle hills of up to roughly 30°, while regenerative braking recovers energy and adds control on the descents. Top speed is 35 km/h free-spin, with a confident 30–32 km/h in real-world riding — fast enough to thrill, smooth enough to trust.
Range and battery
The 840Wh, 67.2V (16S Li-ion, nominal 57.6V) battery pack returns roughly 50–60 km of real-world range — up to around 80 km in ideal flat conditions with a 70 kg rider. A full charge takes about 7 hours, and the Smart BMS keeps every cell balanced and protected.

It's a great EUC, but it has a few flaws:
* The side pads are too rigid, causing discomfort to your shins.
* The telescopic handle is somewhat low for taller users (around 185cm).
* The assembly quality is subpar; the screw that holds the left and right parts of the EUC body was misplaced.
* The handle lock is weak; one side of the handle no longer locks in the lower position.
* The lift sensor is not as convenient as a button; if you lift the wheel while it's not perfectly still, it starts spinning.

V2 is the 2023 production batch of the long-running KS-16S platform — not a new wheel. Refinements include an improved auto-activating headlight and a refreshed brake light. Same chassis, same motor and same battery layout that owners know.
Q-03Is 75 km range realistic?
~75 km is the moderate-cruise figure with an average rider on flat urban tarmac. Heavier riders, hills, headwind and faster cruising shorten it — typical commute conditions are well inside the envelope.
Q-04Can it commute in rain?
Light to moderate rain is fine within reason — the V2 is a commute wheel and KingSong builds the chassis accordingly. Avoid puddles deep enough to splash the motor, and avoid pressure washing.
