The E20 sits at the entry-tier of Inmotion's range. It is not a performance wheel and does not pretend to be one. The two-tire arrangement is the engineering decision that defines the product: lateral self-balancing makes the learning curve dramatically shorter, which means a wheel that experienced riders skip but that beginners and trainers actually finish in one afternoon.

240 Wh at 48 V (EVE 18650 cells), a 450 W rated / 900 W peak motor with 40 N·m of torque, 14"×1.75 dual pneumatic tires placed ~55 mm apart. As speed builds, the two contact patches behave like one — by 15 km/h the riding feel approaches a normal EUC. Trolley handle is included; an optional seat kit converts the E20 into a sit-down trainer.

The E20 rewards riders who want to learn EUC riding without a long apprenticeship.

The first-time rider

First-time EUC riders who want to learn in minutes, not weeks. The dual-tire arrangement makes the failure mode that defines single-tire EUCs much harder to hit.

The dealer / trainer

EUC dealers and trainers who need a teaching wheel that survives drops. Compact, light, IPX5 — ideal for indoor lesson environments.

The light commuter

Riders under 90 kg who want a light commuter for indoor / corporate-campus / mall-cleaning use. 13.5 kg is easy to carry, 20 km/h is appropriate for closed environments.

Performance riders

Top speed 20 km/h is intentional, not a limitation. The V11Y, V12 PRO and V13 PRO are the performance answers.

Heavier riders

90 kg load ceiling is firm. Heavier riders should look at the V11Y, V12 PRO, or larger V-platform wheels.

Off-road riders

IPX5 and 14"×1.75 pneumatic tires are tuned for tarmac and smooth concrete. The Veteran Lynx or F18 are the off-road answers.

Q-01Why two tires?

The dual-tire arrangement provides lateral self-balancing at low speed, which is the failure mode that makes single-tire EUCs hard to learn. The wheel still rides as one wheel; it just resists tipping until you build up enough speed to ignore the help.

Most riders are comfortable inside one afternoon. Budget an hour for confidence and another to feel safe at full speed.

Q-03E20 or V5F?

V5F: single tire, classic EUC learning curve, 450 Wh, 16 km/h top, lighter (12 kg). E20: dual-tire training aid, 240 Wh, 20 km/h, 13.5 kg. Choose E20 if learning speed matters more than long-term riding skill.

Q-04Can I ride in rain?

IPX5 covers splash and light rain. Avoid puddles deeper than the wheel sidewall, and never pressure-wash.

Q-05Does it come with a seat?

Trolley handle is included. The optional seat kit is sold separately — useful for trainers, mall-cleaning crews and riders who want a sit-down format.
